Barbara discusses her knowledge and experiences with those who say they are walk-ins; beings from other dimensions, or realms, whose consciousness arrives in the pre-existing body of a human being. Walk-ins say that after such an occurrence, the human body they have entered into often goes through dramatic health-related changes – for the better.
